SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. Orders

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement. United States orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority shipping. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Shipping prices - Prices vary based on your address and the size and weight of the item. Prices for shipping charges in the U.S. vary but start around $7.95. All orders over $100 ship for free.

International Shipping Policy (Updated March 2026)

Global Tariffs & Customs Duties: Due to the 2026 global trade reclassifications and the suspension of the "de minimis" (duty-free) threshold, all international orders are now subject to customs duties, taxes, and local handling fees regardless of the order value. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-Paid Duties (Canada, UK, Germany): For our customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany, we now offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option at checkout. Selecting this allows you to pay all duties upfront, ensuring a faster delivery with no surprise fees upon arrival.

Shipping Rates: Please note that USPS has implemented a temporary 8% fuel surcharge effective April 2026. Our shipping rates have been adjusted to reflect these mandatory carrier increases.

Excluded Countries: We currently cannot ship to regions with active USPS service suspensions, including but not limited to: Israel, Lebanon, Russia, Belarus, and several countries in the Middle East.

RETURN POLICY

If you have any issues with an order or product please feel free to contact us and we will make the appropriate arrangements.

To simply return the item feel free to do so within 90 days of receipt. Returns will be credited once the item is received back by us. Items must be in the same condition as they were when originally shipped.
